About
Robin Schoenthaler, MD is a cancer doctor, mother, writer, traveler, and storyteller. Raised and reared in California, Robin moved to Boston in 1992 for a long career as a cancer doctor working with patients at Massachusetts General and Emerson Hospitals. During that time she also became a solo parent, a writer, a better friend and family member, and a global citizen. Through the stories of thousands of patients and readers, she has developed a unique perspective on medicine, parenting, pandemics, being human and the circle of life.
